I have been using this balm for 2wks. now. As everyone else has said a little goes a long way. I chose whipped lavender. The lavender sent is very nice. Being whipped makes it smooth. I use this one at night it is relaxing. Over all I am pleased with how my skin feels and looks. I like this product. Will buy again.

I ordered Terra Lotus Organic Whipped Balm with Lavender scent. A very true lavender; pleasant, but not perfumey, which I really enjoy. Simple, natural ingredients: beef tallow, organic olive oil, essential oils. Because it contains EO's, and I'm not aware of using a beef tallow skin care product before, I patch tested first to make sure I'm not sensitive to any of it. No irritation, for me. The balm is lightweight, smooths on beautifully, melts into my skin, leaves it feeling very moisturized. It leaves a protective barrier, but not overly heavy. I use it all over, even my lips. It does of course put a lavender scent right under my nose; I like it, others may not. Bottom line -- Terra Lotus's balm is a step above others I've used in how well it moisturizes without being sticky or oily; the satiny texture and, in this version, the scent.
My #1 pet peeve with moisturizer is if it doesn’t absorb and I have to wipe off my hands to rid the slimy feel. This balm is lovely. My skin was so dry it itched and I rubbed in the balm, my skin drank it up, it left no residue, and my hands also adsorbed it. Perfection. I normally prefer unscented products but this lavender scent was natural and fresh. I love the short and pure ingredients; I’m trying to cut down on the amount of chemicals I put in my body so this balm is heaven. I’m going to look into what other products they offer.
